Mark Coleman, Deaf Ministry Pastor
Mark Coleman graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.A. in Sacred Music. For fifteen years he served as a church and Christian school music director in Twin Falls, Idaho and in 1990 became involved in his church’s deaf ministry. Mark studied American Sign Language and deaf culture at the College of Southern Idaho and worked at the Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind as a dormitory supervisor. In 1995, Mark came to Bethel Baptist Church to become the Deaf Ministry Pastor. He currently serves on the board of Deaf Baptist Fellowship of America and Silent Word Ministries International. Mark and his wife, Jan, have three adult daughters, two deaf sons-in-law, and five grandchildren.
